The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a clean pool. The location is perfect, near the metro. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a modern style and provide amenities such as a bath, coffee, and mountain views.

Unique hotel and exceptionally clean, very very good breakfasts, perfect location in the restaurant which was excellent. Absolutely stunning view of the mountain, tastefully decorated & new-fashioned room. Comfortable beds and a large bathroom.

The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot options and they offered gluten free bread. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. Our standard quadruple room was beautifully maintained and the beds were comfortable.

Neat rooms, had an EXCELLENT stay for 2-3 nights. Excellent meals.

The venue was 1st class, I appreciated the location right by rest of jungfrau region as well as Very close to Interlaken West train station, and mountain views. The location was wonderful and incredible, not very far from a grassy park. It also was within walking distance of both stations.

I was offered a room with spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast was very good and had a great selection of meals. Location: the hotel was short walk to nice, the center of Interlaken shopping and dining, and close to Interlaken West train station. The staff were very friendly and attentive yet not intrusive.

This place is located in a really quiet area, close to shops and restaurants, with stunning views of the mountains, Grindelwald, and the rest of the Jungfrau region; if you're in the mood for tea or coffee, check out Cafe Lisboa nearby.

stella was just as amazing as my previous stay in interlaken. the staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness, providing discounts & useful info. the complementary tea & chocolates were a sweet touch. the location was perfect, within walking distance to bahnofstrasse & interlaken west station. a delightful stay!

Noisy neighbors made it hard to sleep.

This is a hotel situated in a quiet part of a busy tourist centre, just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The welcome from all the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very fresh and offered a large choice. A large inside swimming pool on the ground floor could be a plus for some guests.

Pillow too soft.

We stayed here for our last night in Interlaken. The hotel is situated about 7 min walk from the main train station, at a quiet turn. Room was clean and big and breakfast spread was one of the best that we had during the trip.

The staff at the main reception seemed to question my every request - why I need additional pillows, why I need to use an additional clean knife to pare my orange during breakfast. That kind of spoilt my experience with this hotel.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Not only was it in the heart of the city center, but it was also situated in a peaceful residential area just a short walk from the railway station. The amenities were superb: from the cozy sitting area to the spacious terrace, all of my needs were met. The room was spotless and well-stocked with personal touches such as electric kettle and comfortable sitting areas. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight of my stay, providing a welcome break from the summer heat. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing assistance with laundry, tours, and reservations. The on-site restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. I had a wonderful experience here and would certainly choose to stay again.

This venue is an ideal spot for families and couples alike, however, one small issue was the lack of children's menu; however, there were plenty of board games and activities for young ones.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They made every effort to please us. Good breakfast even though you had to cook your own bacon and eggs.

I don't think this hotel is a four star. Very average bathroom, Very expensive for the facilities provided.

Its very clean, the staff are helpful and smiling all time. and they assisted us with the activities that we can do in the area.

it's just a minor thing, the walking distance from the hotel to the nearest train station is around 5 minutes and its really freezing there in winter ..
